Book is an augmented reality book made for innovationlab. The project uses the ARtootlkit to augment 3D models on top of the physical book. The content of the book descibes some of the aspects of the ARtoolkit by telling about the kollision project New Ways of Living. The story is told by the kollision alter ego Kaptain Okay. By moving a web camera around the book pages, the kaptain will appear and tell the story in a volume defined by the distance between the camera and the book. Furthermore animated 3D models will extend the narrative possibilities of the physical book by popping up from the pages and support the voice of the kaptain and the text on the pages.
