Playful Interaction is a vision video done in the EU funded project Workspace. I have only been shortly involved in the entire project, but did the development of this video prototype together with Peter Krogh, Mette Agger, Martin Ludvigsen, Christian Grosen and Rune Nielsen and the production and editing with Rune Nielsen. The idea of doing this video is to concretize new ideas so that other disciplines than designers can take part in the discussions and developments. The idea about the title is to look at the use of and interaction with technology in a playful way. As one example we introduce the concept of a ball that is the carrier of digital information and that is used to hand over and manipulate material in different contexts.

Parts of these ideas has been taken further in the interactivespaces.net where the eMote and the ifloor are prototypes developed on top of these visionary concepts.

The images are documenting the production proces in the virtual studio and final video can be seen here (50mb)
