This essay - Informationsteknologien og designeren - was written for an essay anthology presented at the future architect 2007 conference at the aarhus school of architecture. The essay is discussing the future work areas for architects and designers educated from the aarhus school of architecture. The essay describes the designer working with complex products consisting of both material and immaterial layers, forcing the designer to collaborate with other disciplines to grasp the social, cultural and technical aspects of these products.
